Table of Contents
What Is Betaine HCl?
Betaine HCl is a supplemental form of hydrochloric acid. Hydrochloric acid is normally produced in the stomach and helps create the acidic environment needed for normal digestion.
Stomach acid also helps activate pepsin, an enzyme involved in breaking down proteins from food. NOW Betaine HCl 648mg provides supplemental HCl along with a vegetarian acid-stable protease to support this digestive process.
Digestive Support
Proper stomach conditions are an important part of normal digestion. Betaine HCl supports the acidic environment of the stomach, which plays a role in protein digestion and normal digestive function.
This supplement is intended to be taken with meals. It should not be taken on an empty stomach because Betaine HCl may cause stomach irritation.
Protein Digestion
Protein digestion begins in the stomach. Hydrochloric acid helps activate pepsin, while protease enzymes help break down proteins from food.
NOW Betaine HCl combines Betaine HCl with acid-stable protease to provide digestive support, especially with meals that contain protein.

Sana –
Mujhe herbal aur digestive health supplements ke bare mein maloomat lena pasand hai. Is product mein Betaine HCl ke sath protein ko hazam karne wala enzyme bhi hai. Achi baat yeh lagi ke capsules vegetarian hain aur khane ke sath lene ki hidayat saaf likhi hai.
Ali –
Betaine HCl 648mg mein hazme ke liye acid-stable protease bhi shamil hai. Mujhe yeh combination acha laga kyun ke protein hazam karne mein enzymes ka bhi kaam hota hai. NOW Foods ka formula simple aur samajhne mein asaan hai.

Betaine HCl aur normal digestive enzymes mein kya farq hai, yeh samajhne ke liye maine is product ki details parhin. Ismein 648mg Betaine HCl ke sath 150mg acid-stable protease hai. Dono ka kaam protein digestion se related hai. Bottle mein 120 veg capsules hain aur NOW Foods ne istemal ka tareeqa bhi bataya hua hai. Mujhe acha laga ke ingredients aur quantity clearly likhi hain. Yeh har kisi ke pait ke liye suitable nahi hota, is liye lene se pehle apni sehat ka khayal rakhna zaroori hai.
